It is loaded by Fiocchi. You should be able to order it on-line. "Google" is your friend, try it.

BTW, your gun is a 1st or 2nd Model .455 Hand Ejector. A Model 1905 is either a .38 Spl. or .32-20. The original of your gun, the .44 Hand Ejector, is the Model 1907.

Have you definitely established that your revolver has not been rechambered for .45 Colt? A great many of them were after WWI.

Hornady has both components and loaded ammunition for your firearm.

Hornady hasn't made ammo or cases for the .455 for a couple of years. Midway lists Fiocchi ammo, but says it's "limited production" and out of stock. Graf's lists it as out of stock. Both list $35 as the price per box. You might try other online retailers.

I have a similar gun that saw service in WW I in the British army. It's in great shape and shoots very well, but I reload all my ammo for this gun. Fortunately, I bought 400 Hornady cases when I bought the gun in 2005; I'm hoping that will be a lifetime supply. I also bought 4000 Remington .455 swaged lead bullets at that time and they're almost gone and are no longer available. Many cast bullets are available, though.

It is possible to make .455 cases from .45 Colt brass (or .45 Schofield and .45 Cowboy Special) by trimming to length and thinning the rims slightly.

OR... for .45ACP/AR. My 1915 S&W was so re-chambered.

I use cut down 45 Colt and use a 322 gr 458 Hp mould modified
to 272g, sized to 457". Over 4.5g Unique. Not very hot but very
accurate.

RCBS makes a mould that casts a 265 grain hollow base bullet. Buffalo Arms has brass for both the .455 Webley and the .455 Eley cases. As mentioned earlier many .455 revolvers have been converted to use .45 Colt. If done well, the revolver will shoot both the Colt and the Webley cartridges. The Webley rim is thinner, but larger in diameter. A slight counterbore allows the thicker but smaller diameter Colt rim clearance. Here's a picture

You will find many sites listing the Fiocchi but in a dozen or so sites not one had it in stock.
You can buy Brass from Bertram but it's not all that inspiring and it's $40/20.
The situation is pretty dire, I've seen it go for upwards of $100/box on Gunbroker.
You can turn the rim down on .45 colt and cut it to length but it's a lot of work.
Honestly I'd just spend the money and buy a box even if it is $100, the brass lasts about forever at those low pressures.
I had pretty fair luck using the 255gr cowboy bullets Hornady makes. I started with Bullseye and had comparable accuracy to the factory loading. I've since been playing with random oddiments from the powder shelf like a little orphaned green dot.

Hey, at least the dies are cheap.
