357 mag Blazer Aluminum and Blazer Brass both work ok for me in my m60-15 and my LCR.
Brass is a mid range load and AL is low end.

I just last week finished up a previous order of 2,000 rounds of Blazer Brass 9mm fmj 115gr. My daughter shoots a Beretta 92 and I have 929 and a CZ 75 TS. We had 2 ftf, both on the Beretta. They did fire when put into the 929. My cost was 20 cents a round plus shipping. Seems okay to me.

People who complain of dirty ammo usually are the folks that clean the gun once every ten years.
How dirty an ammo is does not matter to me as my firearms can handle the mess and I clean up shortly after shooting

It's gunpowder being ignited by a primer.....it's going to leave a carbon residue!!! Some powders have more residue than others...so what, go clean the gun.....If you don't want any residue shoot an air gun...

It almost sounds like someone re-boxed a bunch reloads.

Blazer Brass
Fired 100s of rounds of Blazer Bronze in .357, 158 gr and never had an issue. Only problem I've had is finding it locally.

Purchased 2000 rounds of 40 and it was no different than other practice ammo by other manufactures.

I've used Blazer Brass in a variety of 3rd Gens and never had a problem. Dirty? Maybe, but I usually clean my guns after every range trip. Especially the ones I carry for self defense.

Been shooting Blazer in brass and aluminum case for twenty years. I've yet to have a problem with any of it.

I've literally shot thousands through every handgun I own, and that's more than just a few. Only problem I over encountered was a tight chamber on a Kimber TLE II. Worked with their brass, just not the al-yoo-minium!

Reviving an older thread but I wanted to report one failure to fire out of 30 rounds of Blazer Brass 9mm / 115gr fired out of two Glocks this morning...a G26 and a G19. (I was vetting a pair of new Magpul 15 GL9 magazines I had purchased for range use. I only carry OEM.)
Loaded the dud round a second time. Result...two (off center) primer strikes no joy.
(I've had each of these guns for over twenty years and this has never been an issue. All other brass showed primer strikes in center. Looks like the round was out of spec and somehow got past QC.)
It happens. Didn't expect it but so it goes.

^ this. I have shot thousands of rounds of their 124 gr 9mm and of their .45 acp with no problems at all. It's usually Blazer, Aquila or Lawman, what ever is cheapest in bulk.
out of those 3 I'd say best to worst
lawman- pretty clean and very accurate
blazer- pretty clean and pretty accurate
Aquila - fairly clean (smoky) pretty accurate, a bit hotter

Even though this post is almost a year old................
When on sale I but this brass for reloading, since it holds up.
I don't care if it is dirty or shoots 4" low.

I've tried dozens of brands including the blazer brass an for never even notice if my firearm is dirtier. My firearms run dirty and are easy to clean afterwards. I buy whatever is cheapest for the range

I like beer. I've been drinking beer regularly for the past 50 years. Always have beer at the house.
One major company offers a popular brand in 30-packs of 12-oz. cans for about $18.00. Not bad at all. Another company offers a popular brand in 12-packs of 12-oz. cans for about $12.00. One that I really enjoy comes in 6-packs of 12-oz. bottles for about $10.00.
I enjoy them all. I don't expect the least expensive to be quite as delicious as the most expensive.
Same principle applies to store-bought ammo. Figure out what is available, decide which you want to have and what you are willing to pay for.
Cleaning your gun? Have to do that after every use anyway, whether we are working on the bench with solvents and brushes or scrubbing away in the shower with soap and water.

Clarification??
Are OP and replies referring to brass-cased ammunition, or to aluminum-cased?
I notice that ammunition mentioned is used in semiautomatic pistols. Has anyone experience with Blazer 357 Magnum 158-grain JHP - that is, the ammunition whose manufacturer specifications appears to render the ammunition Buffalo Bore 20A/20 equivalent at a fraction of the cost?

Blazer aluminum 357 is no where near Buffalo boat in terms of energy or velocity. Those claims are most likely out of a 10"+ barrel

Don't know what to think, except it isn't "garbage", that's for sure. Course, I don't usually ask range employees for their opinions, either. Shot 9mm, .45acp, and .380. No problems. No dirtier far as I can tell. It's good range ammo, and usually priced very well. I buy four and five boxes of .45acp at a time.

My only complaint with BB is the small primers they use for .45 ACP.
I reload and sorting the brass is a bother I'd rather not have.

I never had a problem with it or any ammo in 50 years . I shoot the aluminum stuff also which seems hotter to me like 165 gr 40 cal shoots hard in alum case .
