Question Mods, please delete. thanks

When I bought my 65-4 4" years ago The guy at the gun shop gave me a box of UMC 125 grain jacketed soft point. Those things were absolutely hot. The roar was only outdone by the recoil. This was before I knew better than to shoot those in a K frame. So then before I heard about the lighter grain bullets being potentially harmful to the forcing cone, I bought a few boxes of the 110 grain JHP WWB .357's. They are a lot milder than the UMC's and very accurate out of my 65. My question is, since they seem not so hot, the 110's, do you think they would be harmful to shoot through my 65? My gun is in excellent condition and I want to keep it that way. I have been shooting 158 grain for a long time, but I hate to leave these 110 grainers just laying around. In the picture with the gun, that is just an old box that I found after my Mom passed and we were cleaning out her house. It is full of factory reloads in .38 special. LRN's. I'm afeared to shoot them.
Thanks for your opinions on the WWB 110 grain rounds,
Peace,
gordon

I would trade that box with a buddy for 158 grs ones. Personally, I would prefer to use 38 Spl +P 158 gr lead loadings (factory or if you reload, your own) or 357 Mag reloaded to mid range level with 158 gr SWCs at 1,000 fps. I wouldn't make regular practice shooting 357 Magnums (i.e. 50 rds per week) - shoot them occasionally in the heavier bullets (158 gr). Stay away from the lighter grain ones which are proven to damage K frame forcing cones with continued use.

Concerning that box of reloaded 38's, I don't shoot any reload unless I reloaded them myself. Pull them or discard properly.

Never mind folks. I just googled those 110's and found a post on this forum that I posted in 2011 asking the same question. Sounds like they are loaded a lot lighter than the 125's and they are OK to shoot.
My memory is going fast as I age. At least, this year, with the grand kids gone, I can hide my own Easter eggs!!
Sorry about the same question all over again. Getting old is so nice.
Peace,
what's his name.
