Default DELETE 38 special super police

Is there any market for this stuff? I have 6 or 8 boxes from post war to 1962 or so.

For collectors perhaps, try putting them on Gun Broker? They also shoot well in case you want to go down memory lane!

Just a .38 S&W with a 200 grain bullet at a lower velocity. The idea was to get deeper penetration than the .38 S&W with the typical 146-148 grain bullet could provide. You can fire them in any .38 S&W revolver, but, depending upon their age and condition of the boxes, they might be of more interest to a cartridge collector.

I think Pumaonly said they were .38 Specials.

I shot up a couple of boxes of those a couple of decades back. Bought them very cheaply at a yard sale. It was one of those loads that went so slowly that, depending on the sunlight, you could see them going downrange.

I agree with the above poster who said try listing them on an internet sales site. People like to have a box of them to display or photograph with their revolvers from that era. Big problem with selling them to someone out of town, though, is you can't mail them, you have to ship them UPS or FedEx and most of the small outlets for those companies are just franchisees and can't or won't ship guns or ammo. Then you have to take them to a company depot, and that may be quite a pain in the butt and unanticiatedly expensive.
