Perfecta on sale at Walmart
Idunno if its everywhere or not...but Walmart in Memphis had Perfecta .357 for $13 a box. I believe its made by Fiocchi...but for the price I'll give it a whirl. Brass case.

It was fine for me. About 100 fps slower than the Federal.

Plus one on the Perfecta 9mm. Our closest Walmart here in the Texas hill country gets this stuff in regularly and sells it $9.78 for a box of 50. It doesn't stay on the shelf long but they don't seem to have any problem replenishing. It's brass cased and boxer primed. Great range ammo. It is made in Italy (Fiocchi) but distributed by the Russian maker Tulammo. Don't let the Tulammo name on the box fool you. They're just the importers.

The WM in Uvalde TX usually has quite a few boxes of the Perfecta 9mm, same price. Not so much to be found in San Antonio. Maybe it sels out more quickly.

Perfecta 357
Wal Mart in Alexander City AL had the Perfecta 357 today for $13 box of 50. They would only sell me 3 boxes. They were out of the 9mm

I believe if I could be assured that I could always get .357 for $13 a box I'd pony up and buy myself one of those sleek little lever action .357/.38 rifles. They're pretty sweet.

The .357 Perfecta is good range ammo, but, IIRC, it goes for more than $13/box here in the valley. Worked well in my steel SP-101 and Model 60 snubs.

If $13 a box was an everyday price I would shoot a lot more 357. Unfortunately my local Walmart didn't have the 357. Hopefully soon!

Was at my local WM in San Antonio today. LOTS of rifle ammo (more than I have ever seen there), no Perfecta in any handgun caliber, no cheap Remington .38 Special, no .22 RF (as usual).

DWalt, I don't know what part of town you live in, but the Academy on Bandera Road just inside 1604 on the west side always has .22 in stock. The flavors vary, but they always have at least some of the more inexpensive stuff. They ration you to 500 rounds a day, but if you bring your spouse they will give each of you 500. There is usually at least something that is on sale for $3.99 per box of 50.

I've had good luck with Perfecta in .38 spcl, 9mm, and .380. I've used it as range fodder, but it's good for that. '
Fiocchi ammo seems to be good, but all I've ever used is 9mm JHP in 124gr.

I got lucky tonight at 2 Walmart's local to me, found 4 boxes of Thunderbolts 500 rounds 22LR for $25.00 a box, not my favorite but can't beat the price, plus they haven't had any 22's in years, then I had to go to another Walmart to buy a car clothes bar and found 2 boxes of remington 38sp+p 100 rounds for $17.44, they rang up at $39.99 and the girl checked the shelve and gave them to me for the $17.44. I'm stocked full !
