Default Can you ID this .38 Special ammo?

Does anybody know what the official name for this two ball Remington Peters .38 special ammo was? We were shooting it in the late 70's if memory servers. While looking for something else I ran across a small quantity of these.

Thanks.

Oh, I seen now its collectable! Wow, who'd a thunk it. I've got some of those down in the ammo dump. My recollection is they were underperformers and not very accurate. You could usually get one to hit a man size target at short ranges. Out beyond maybe 25 or 30 feet, it was hit or miss.
