Try different brands and see what works best in your gun. Usually the 40 grain bullets shoot a little better POA = POI. Personally, for target work I like CCI 40 grain standard velocity Target rounds. For small critters Mini Mags, Federal #510 (blue box) or the gray & black " milk carton bulk 375 count works great.

IMO Remington and Winchester are the worst choice for reliability and accuracy. I therefore stick to CCI and Federal.

I have a model 622. It eats bulk ammo with no problems.

My 422 shoots anything. Have not a problem with anything I've put thru it. Really likes Federal bulk.
