That doesn't seem like much of a deal to me. Academy often has some 9mm brand or another on sale for less. About three months ago, I got some Remington 9mm FMJ there on sale for around $8/box, including sales tax. WM had Tulammo steel case on sale for around the same price a couple of months ago.
