Talking Jet Ammo

At gun show last weekend, found Privi Partisan is making Jet ammo, 50 rounds $28.oo, re-loadable too. Finally I can shoot it with out having to reload 25 year old brass, also its a pain. Check it out next show!

I've only tried the PP ammo in 30-06 and found it to be excellent. They even heat treat it like USGI stuff from Lake City and I've never had a FTF.

I think PP has offered .22 Jet for a fairly long time. It's just not often seen. For quite a while .22 Jet ammunition was unobtanium. The case could be formed from .357 Magnum brass but it was a lot of work.

Someone at PP marketing hit a home run in getting them to release their ammo for those that still like to shoot their Jet and, at a reasonable price.
Plus, you have reloadable brass to boot. Doesn't get much better than that!!

I pulled the bullets from about 150 of these today if someone needs the smaller bore bullets. I have a contender barrel in 22 jet with .224 bore and they didn't shoot well. They're .2225 40 gr sp.
