Default another unknown round

Here is another odd cartridge. Headstamp is 1 at 12 o'clock, T at 3 and 9 and 55 at 6. OAL length is 2.13", Bullet diam is .216". Case seems to be aluminum with a knurled band near the bottom of the case. Sorry about the bad pictures. Does anyone know what this is?

Default blank

With the extended case, it appears to be a blank cartridge of some type. The "bullet" may be there to insure feeding so perhaps its intended use is in movies.

Looks a lot like a 5.45x39 blank.

the bullet is tan in color and seems to be plastic. I got it in a foot locker full of old odd ammo. pin fire, cup fire, teat fire, rim fire, wrapped brass cartridges, paper cartridges, all kinds of centerfire from 2.7mm up to 600 nitro. Shotgun from 4mm to 4 gauge. even some browning 50 cal.

That's one hell of an assortment. Have you checked one of the ammo collectors' forums?

Default 600 Nitro

Depending on the headstamp, the 600 Nitro Express can run more than $100.00 per round.
