Default Winchester Train/Defend

I was at my local wally world this morning and swung by the ammo cabinet. All of the Winchester train and defend ammo was on clearance. I picked up 8 fifty round boxes of 130 grain fml 38 special for $11 a piece and 3 fifty round boxes of the 230 grain 45 for $9 a piece. The defense ammo was also 50% off.

Might be worth checking out if you have a Walmart local to you.

Wow that's great prices but none here , they have Remington 9mm $8.57 all others regular price. I usually don't buy Walmart ammo but lucked out with a knowledgeable employee in the sports dept.

I'd be much more interested in finding the Winchester Train/Defend JHP as I've been wanting to try it for quite some time. But every time I go looking for it, I never find it. The FMJ is more readily available.

Went to another Wally World on my way back from the eye doctor and scooped up a couple more boxes of 38 special. Theres also a rebate going on if anyone finds some, 10% off.

2019 Centerfire Pistol Rebate | Winchester Ammunition

With the rebates, I had a pretty darn good day. The 130 grain 38 special looks like some nice range fodder.

You guys are lucky. My local Walmart no longer carries handgun ammo, only rifle and shotgun ammo.

I picked up 2 boxes of the Win Train and Defend 9mm 147 gr FMJ for $7 a box. 2 boxes of Win T&D 380 FMJ for $9 a box and 4 boxes of 380 Win T&D JHP for $9 a box yesterday. Needless to say that is all they had or I would have got more.

I picked up a few boxes of 380 and 38 Special also. The guy behind the counter said they were making room for more bulk packs of ammo.
