What am I looking at here?
These have been in the safe for quite awhile, I'm not sure why or where I got them but should they be shot up or are they worth anything as a collectible? I can't find much on them so I'd appreciate someone with a memory to help me out.
Thanks,
Beav

Geco .357 Magnum HP rounds. Looks like from around 1980's by the look of the box. I used to run them out of my 6" 686. A rather 'hot' load if I remember correctly.

If you didn't know you had it, sounds like free ammo to me---have some fun and shoot it up.

Yep, I shot those too. They were pretty hot. I liked them. I'm not a cartridge collector but I doubt they have collectors value.

They kinda look like the old Federal Nyclad bullets.

Looks like it would do the job. Simple semi-jacketed HP, & didn't need changing. Now days the boutique ammo is the only ammo that works....
I still have a lot of that bullet loaded up in .357, shot a bunch of it too. Good stuff.

Dude, we're in the midst of a viral outbreak, all ammo is collectable right now! Just put it up for auction online, mark it as RARE!! and watch as the numbers are lauched into the stratosphere.
But seriously, I doubt that it's worth anything more than the sum of its parts. Just go out and shoot it. On the off chance that it is indeed valuable, then you can always spin it that you were well aware of its worth, but you're an ammunition connoisseur and wanted to savor the fine aroma of a vintage 1980s imported box of .357 Magnum ammo at the range, which will make up for the loss in pure reputation.

I would doubt it has much if any collector value.
