I just took a quick look at 22 RFM ammunition availability on Ammoseek. Among lower priced brands do Winchester 9422M rifles tend to prefer brands and/or particular bullet shapes for accuracy?

I've had some bad experiences lately with Winchester .22 LR ammo, but Winchester's .22 Mag ammo still is good quality.
The 40 grain Super-X JHP shoots better in my 9422M than anything else.
I can get nickel size groups at 50 yards with the Super-X.
The worst has been Federal 50 grain Game-Shok JHP, those group 4-5 inches.
But who knows, your rifle might like entirely different ammo.
