Default Winchester USA Ready Ammo

I got an e-mail ad from Winchester touting their USA Ready ammo as being extra-accurate. Pistol calibers are available in 9mm, 40 S&W, and 45 acp. Has anyone tried it, and is it the real deal, or just hype?

I just visited the product page on Winchester's website for their USA Ready ammo, fearing that it was a rebranding of their terrible "USA Forged" Steel-Cased ammo, but fortunately it isn't.
Based on the publicity blurb, it's competition grade Flat-Nosed FMJ ammunition, and the stats reflect that due to their semi-standard weights per caliber and somewhat lower velocity. At this time they only offer 3 basic types of handgun ammunition; 115gr 9mm Luger @ 1190fps, 165gr .40 S&W @ 1060fps, and 230gr .45 ACP @ 880fps.

Fairly standard specs for target ammo, although their .40 S&W load stands out because according to many professionals online, the cartridge is dead and nobody buys it anymore.
Seriously though, their .40 S&W load stands out for not only being 165gr rather than the standard 180gr, but 1060fps for a 165gr bullet is a bit on the low side, even for target ammo. I presume they're intentionally downloading it a bit for the sake of shooting comfort, but that may hurt performance a bit when it comes to Metalic Silhouette Shooting, thus making it a less desirable option.
