Came across some .25acp ammo which appears to have a blue plastic bullet nose.

Opinions ??

They may be glasser safety slugs.

The blue cap contains very small shot.

I think Rpg is right about the possibility of them being Glaser Safety Slugs, given the description. I believe they had blue and silver versions, one of them being designed for deeper penetration, IIRC (I can't remember which was which).

Definitely Glaser. Used to have some in .38 Special.
