9mm Ammo
For those who really need 9mm, Vance Outdoors price is better than most online sources.

Just FYI, I was just on their site and yes they do have amazing prices given current situations however they have suspended all online firearms/ammo orders and shipping.

Yup. I went there and saw they had some Winchester .45ACP at $0.50/round, then saw that they weren't doing online orders.

I was at the Columbus Ohio Vance's yesterday with my buddy and we each picked up (2) 200 round boxes of 9mm which was the store limit.

I'd imagine "tha internet" would wipe out their inventory in minutes if the prices aren't astronomical. Then flip it on gonebroker.

You are probably right.
I have a real problem with ammo flippers.

Picked up 300 rounds of 9mm at Academy yesterday for 30cpr. Had to stand in line for an hour but thought it was worth it

There are levels of fair/unfair for everything.
If you choose to not sell online, you can set the price level where you want it, and if it's lower (for whatever reason you might do so), you can keep some control over inventory... and thus keep your local customers supplied. Mom and Pop loyalty tactics.
You also don't have to fuss around with setting up shipping, online accounts, etc.
If you put it online, it becomes fair game for everyone looking. If it's cheaper than everyone else, you will sell out of inventory likely in an hour, definitely by end of day. Locals can't go in and get something in person... that's not fair to them.
And if/when things come back to normal, it's better to be "fair" to the guys who would come back, not the guy 3 states away who would never reorder.

Is that "fair" too everyone else for you too have inside information? If you can't see a Ferris wheel you can bet it's not "fair". I have found that if a local store doesn't have what I want it's usually as close as my computer and a nice person in a big brown truck will set my purchase on my porch. Larry
