Default Choice Ammunition

Have any of you tried Choice Ammunition? I have gone to their website a few times and they always have ammunition for sale, is there a reason for that?

I didn't see any reloaded ammunition. They they state their products are hand loaded.

For 44 magnum they offer 200 grain Hornady XTP, 20 rounds for $24.99.

Also for 44 magnum they offer 200 grain RNFP Hi-Tek coated 200 rounds for $169.99.

240 grain rounds as well as 305 grain rounds are also offered.

I am not familiar with the Hi-Tek coating so I looked it up. Hi-Tek coating is a polymer and comes in liquid and powder. You can buy it yourself and coat your bullets if you want or you can buy bullets already treated. It appears to be currently more prevalent for black powder applications.

My utmost concern is with the Hi-Tek coating, it could be the best thing since sliced bread or it could be a disaster.

This is the only place I have found with ammunition available, is there a reason for that or am I being over cautious?
