Default NEWS TO ME

Just received my Blue Press magazine from Dillon Precision today.
Thumbing through it, I came upon this ad that was/is news to me.
Thought some of you might like to know too.

I seldom buy any factory ammo, but I think the new Super Vel has been marketed for a while now. I don't believe there is any connection with the original company, but I'll bet there are other folks here that know more about it than I do.

I traded some range reloads for 4 boxes of the 45+P acp and a box of the Super Snub... Figured it might be nice to have some factory fodder just for fun? Or, just in case?

Cheers!

Other than the 'sexy' lady its a renewal of the brand. It is NOT the same as the ammo from the original company from the 70's.
Come to think of it, I haven't received a book from the Blue Press in awhile?

The name and ammo came back in 2015 with manufacturing in Nevada.
The old Super Vel ammo was manufactured at a few plants but the 'hot' stuff was made at the Shelbyville Indiana plant.

I'd like to have a taper crimper.... oh never mind I don't think the sensors would allow that.
