The Winchester 9mm recall

Has anyone filled out the claim form for the 9mm recall? How long did it take to hear something from Winchester? I sent a claim a couple of weeks ago and haven't seen a confirmation yet. I had 3 boxes (2x100rnd & 1 box of 200). One of the 100rnd boxes and the 200 were ok. The last box has the lot number only half visible on the flap. But it looks like one of the SC6xxxxx lot numbers.
