Hi Gents

I know this is a rifle round not a handgun round but I'm looking for some help.

What I know is the round made by "Western Cartridge Company". Was it military issue and is it 5.56mm ?

Lou, could it be "76" instead of "16"?

Mystery solved. I need glasses. The box had a mixed lot of factory & reloaded rds. with different head stamps. Thanks any how.
