Default American Quality ammo

Has anyone purchased/used any of the AQA recently?
I've purchased a S&W 500mag 3.5" & looking for some low priced ammo to shoot & get use to the revolver. I've shot Armscor & no problems but AQA is somewhat cheaper. Advanced Tactical list it as 300g HPLV? I've tried numerous emails & a lot of phone calls with no luck in getting an answer to "What does HPLV stand for"? That got me worried about the ammo quality when the company won't respond to questions......& no one has reviewed their products.
Help if you can....is the ammo worth purchasing & what in the heck is HPLV? I can't find it anywhere on the internet.

If they're not answering phone calls or emails, that's what we call a "clue" not to do business with them.

There should be plenty of reloaders out there to buy ammo from, just have to search them out.

Default AQA

American Quality Ammunition (AQA)
Their ammo is sold by quite a lot of ammo dealers but no one has ever reviewed it....that I've found. It must be selling, just no one is writing about it. But your right about not answering the phone or emails is a clue, that's why I ask here. Maybe by some wild reason their ammo is good but their too busy to respond to questions.....yea!
Thanks for confirming my feelings about this.

Some companies are just bad at answering emails and phone calls. Palmetto State Armory is like that. Try getting a hold of those guys! You may hear back in a month.

Other companies won't unless it's from one of their distributors. I know one company like that. MD Arms. He started out making mags and selling on forums. Good mags, good price. Once he got picked up by retailers he stopped all communications with individual customers. If you had an issue you went to the retailer who in turn went to him.

And of course the obvious none tin foil answer is........... maybe they were closed for the holidays

I sent 5-6 emails & so far, all the same question & I've gotten a different answer on each...approximately 3-5 days later.
I ordered ammo on 01-03-17 & they say 24hr shipping but 5 days & many emails/phone calls later....nothing.....no answer, no reply & no ammo. I'm out $258.80 & no way to get a response from them.
So, Thanks for everyone's reply.....guess I wait on an answer or the ammo until enough time has passed to go to the legal route starting with Visa. Thief by deception is what a Visa lawyer friend suggested?

Default Day/night sights for S&W 500 mag 3.5"

It came with HIVIZ green sights on it but are totally useless in low, dim light or nighttime.....can't see the S ights at all.
So, does anyone know of a company who makes a Truglo TFX Pro Tritium day/night TYPE sight that will fit the 500 mag?
I've researched & found nothing but more daytime fiber optic sights.
I have the Truglo TFX Pro on most of my semi auto handguns....Glocks, S&W's & Taurus & they are great sights 24Hrs/day...any conditions.
