hi
i have a Performance Center Firearms -
Model 686 - 6" Weighted Barrel - .357MAG
i shoot competition with it
mainly ppc1500
the ammo i use is Sellier and Bellot 38 special wad cutter 148 grain
is the twist ratio in the barrel suited to this ammo or is there a better ammo to use??

S&B is not my first choice mainly because I cast and load my own wadcutters. If you are having problems, it's not the twist rate causing it. My Lee TL 148 .38s shoot into an inch at 25 yds out of a 6" 686.

The 686 will shoot 148wc with superb accuracy IMHO. Go for it. Bruce
