There are several good field reports of this ammo on The Firing Line and other boards. There have also been some very positive reviews in gun mags. I recently bought a box to use in my 442 but have not had a chance to actually shoot it yet. The concept seems similar to PowerBall that CorBon offers. PowerBall has a reputation of being a very good expander and not effected by clothing. I would think Critical Defense would be similar in performance. Hornady has a reputation for offering excellent products. I doubt they would market anything that didn't perform.
