Just wondering if anyone has tried any of these. The info on BB's website looks promising. Has anyone here shot, or better yet, done any actual testing with any of these three loads?

Page three of this post has a short observation of the BB's Gold Dot load.

I run them in my SP101. The load is an easy shooter with fast follow up shots.

Why use them when the BB 158gr 38 +P LSWCHP get a claimed 1040 fps (380 ft. lbs.) from a 2inch barrel and the equivalent BB short barrel 158gr only gets 1,015 (granted, from a 1 7/8 inch barrel) (361 ft. lbs.).

Perhaps they are simply equivalent.

So based on those numbers I'd either carry the BB 38+P LSWCHP or skip the short barrel 357 load and go with the full house one. The tactical load just seems too watered down when compared against the 38+P unless I'm missing something.
