After looking at Carters Country ammo prices, I went home and did some quick math and realized that my ammo collection at full retail is now worth more than my modest gun collection.

The gun itself is always the cheapest part of the buying experience for me.

From holsters to ammunition, it all adds up fast.

I certainly also have much more in ammo and componants than I do in firearms.

You need to invest in reloading equip. then so you'll have more money for guns.

Hey; I'm there for ya Houston Rick. I started buying many years ago and it seems I was better at buying than shooting it up. I have about 3,000 Fed Gold Medal Match in .308 and hate to think what that stuff is worth. Doesn't matter; I don't plan to sell any of that or the other stuff I have.

I have 500 rounds of 308 - but I have not bought the rifle yet.
