Does S&W tell you what they repaired?

Do you get a list or explanation of all the things they repair/replaced when you get your gun back from service? Thanks

Not a word came back with mine. Wouldn't have even known it was on its way back if I wouldn't have called and asked. When I called they told me it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number with Fed Ex the rifle was already within a day of my house.
 
On my handgun repairs they've come back with only a very brief note of what was done, such as "replace part x". Not much more than that.
 
Yours will probable say the samme thing as everyone else that has sent their 15-22 back...."updated to latest specs."
 
No they did not on my 15-22. As a matter of fact, I called and asked them what they did and they did not know. CS rep said that the gunsmith puts notes and if he doesnt they dont know anything, which they didnt.
 
When they sent mine back I had a letter stating what they did. 1 update to latest spec.2 replace/repair springs 3. replace all magazines. pretty cut and dry
 
I got a letter also jus stating Updated to lastest specs
No actual X and X parts replaced was noted
