DOM of 52-2?

Sometime last yr. I asked for the date of manufacture of my 52-2, but misplaced the reply somhow
Ser. # A2372XX--or, do you need the full ser. #, or is there a reference chart available somewhere on line?

About 1974 based on Std. Cat. of S&W by Supica & Nahas. The 52 was in the same SN set as the 41s etc.

Tom,
Much appreciated--for some reason I thought mine was much later, like early 90's.
I might get it lettered with that info--I'm lucky it's great shape for that age, complete with box, papers and accessories.
