Sometimes a good rule, but certainly not always.
Do you mean to say that you are going to vote against one of the most conservative members of Congress (Dr. Paul Broun) just because he is the incumbent? He has a 100 percent lifetime rating from ACU. He has not been part of the problem.
I assume you vote in Georgia's 10th Congressional District since you list your location as Augusta, GA.
