To comply with Admin request, please send pic requests to: [email protected] rather than lengthening thread with request.

The following guns and other items are for sale. Payment is via USPS money order ONLY with $40 (or actual cost, whichever is more) added to each price for CONUS shipping, except where noted. Any other form of payment will be returned uncashed. Your FFL must accept direct shipment from a private seller. Will send DL if needed. All other fees on either end are the responsibility of the buyer. California buyers assume 100% responsibility. If the People's Republik of California says you can't have it after you have already paid for it, you are out of luck; so be CERTAIN! The same goes for any other totalitarian mini-state like Chicago or NYC. This is a PRIVATE SALE from my personal collection. All sales are final so request all the photos you need to be absolutely sure before you buy. I want you to be happy so don't be shy. FTF exchange is OK if you prefer and can get to the deep dark recesses of West Texas.

I will consider trades ONLY for one of the following two items:
4, 5 or 6 inch model 629 in LN to excellent condition (no Hillary orifice); EAA Witness Match in either .40 or 10mm either LN or NIB

(I will consider offers as time progresses as I want to sell these quickly, however... low ball attempts will not be received gracefully.)

Photos ready and waiting to be emailed to you on request. Just too many to clog this post with.

Colt 1903/1908 Pocket Hammerless .380 Nickel (this one manufactured in 1926) with original Colt pre-emblem (made prior to 1913) grips. That is to say, grips and gun are both original, but not to eachother. Grips are breathtaking, as is the gun itself. FTF is strongly encouraged on this one. $2000 (will not sell without grips)

Vintage, antique, elephant ivory grips for Colt 1903/1908 Pocket Hammerless .32 or .380. NOT Colt original. Made by a non-Colt mfg of unknown lineage. These are the grips that originally came to me on the Nickel Colt listed above. Beautiful. $300 (shipping to CONUS is free on this item)

SOLD: Genuine vintage, antique elephant ivory grips for 1911. $400 (shipping to CONUS is free on this item)

FTF is strongly encouraged on this one. $1800

________________________

1907 Dreyse. .32 auto. Has a a crown/letter German Imperial acceptance marking in front of the ejection port which increases value, but also has recent manufacture replacement grips which reduces value. $350
________________________

Webley Mark IV post-war .38 S&W with cross-bolt safety. Absurdly rare in this condition, this gun was unfired when I got it (it has been fired since) and is in the best condition you will ever see one of these guns. It is as close to pristine as it is possible to get. (As always, the Webley grips look poorly made even fresh from the factory.) With lanyard, holster and belt (only the belt is original; other items are just good replicas). $900

________________________

SOLD: Model 1917 Savage in .32 auto. "10 Shots Quick", with original staggered 10 shot mag. (This was the first staggered pistol mag ever.) Also in the best condition you are ever likely to see one. $400

________________________

SOLD: S&W 4th model lemon squeezer. .38 S&W with original S&W mother of pearl grips, with emblem (also have original black grips). Pearl grips did not come with this particular gun. Minor pitting in bore (duh!), but with very good finish and eminently shootable. Also have a couple boxes of ammo, some brass and unused reloading dies to sell separately. $400 gun only

SOLD: S&W model 410S in .40 S&W, all stainless, DA/SA, like new when I got it a couple months ago. Absolutely reliable but grip is just too big for my hand. Comes with wooden Hogue checkered grips and four mags (2-10 rd and 2-11 rd) Perfect gun for the person who wants hi cap .40 with DA/SA and can't stand the current plastic wonder guns. $500

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS! Yes, Italian made BP guns are poorly fitted, poor functioning and low in value, even when new! There are however, exceptions. These are the exceptions. Almost entirely unknown in this country are Pietta's top of the line guns which are seldom if ever imported to the US. They do exist. I have two PAIRS of these very rare guns:

Model 1858 Remington Army "Old Silver", engraved. .44 caliber. You have to see them to believe them. Just ask for the pictures. $400 each

Model 1860 Colt Army "Old Silver", engraved. .44 caliber. Ditto on seeing the pictures. $375 each

If you like BP and you want reliable, these are the guns to get. (And don't forget, you can buy cylinders for smokeless cartridges to use with both models. They even made some for the Remingtons that matched the old silver finish, though these may be hard to find.)

The first person to buy one of the pairs at full price will receive a substantial supply of new springs, screws, etc. for both Remington and Colt revolvers that I bought to have on hand. I never needed any of them, but you might.

Genuine elephant ivory grips for model 1934/1935 Beretta (same gun, different calibers) and subsequent post-war models of the same. There isn't much of anything so absurdly rare as elephant ivory (or mother of pearl; see below) grips for these guns. If you ever find another pair of these, buy a lottery ticket! $300 (shipping to CONUS is free on this item)

Genuine mother of pearl grips for model 1934/1935 Beretta (same gun, different calibers) and subsequent post-war models of the same. Ditto and extra emphasis on the rarity mentioned above! These are the most beautiful mother of pearl grips you will see on any gun, anywhere. $400 (shipping to CONUS is free on this item)
