I am thinking about selling my 340pd. It is great for carry at 12 oz, but tough on recoil, especially with 357 mag.It has had about 70 rounds thru her and carried about 8 months. Some polish marks from holstering. Overall, I would say 95-98%. Blue book gun values gives a 98% value of $650. What do you think?

With the no-lock M&P 340 hitting the shelves for about $700-800, I doubt you'll get $650 for yours.

Maybe. But I wouldn't bet on it.

Not trying to be a jerk; just being honest.

I'm sure you're right, but it goes to show how muddy our thinking can be. The lock should affect the price of a collector, but not a carry gun. Who cares what a pocket revolver looks like? Once the lock is disabled or removed, it's no longer a factor. Just fix the thing permanently, and don't worry about it.
