Anyone know where I can get extra mags for a CS 45 or what else will fit?

I order mine from the factory.

CS45 magazines are specific to that model.

While other 3rd gen .45 magazines might "fit", I wouldn't count on them for proper feeding when needed. The CS45 magazines incorporate a secondary set of indentations below the magazine's regular impressed lips to help prevent the top round from being displaced under the increased recoil of the subcompact .45 model.

That was over a year ago.

Sorry, I don't remember the price. My shipping lists don't list the prices and I don't write them down when placing orders. (I get a 26% armorer discount, so it wouldn't help.)

S&W magazines are costly, but they're well made and last a long time with reasonable care and when not abused. I've had to replace springs & followers from time to time, of course.

Thank You

guys. I know they're tough to find. I've looked all over the place for a 'decent' price and that's why I asked here thinking maybe you might know something I don't. Lowest looks to be about $34 @.

About a year ago, I ordered mine from Midway. Of course they were out of stock and had to wait on S&W to ship them to them. I think I paid around $33 each

While nobody really enjoys thinking they paid too much for something, it often doesn't pay to scrimp and settle for something less just because the price is "right".

Magazines are at the very heart & soul of a semiauto pistol's normal & optimal feeding.

Yes, they can be considered disposable assemblies at some point, such as when they're damaged beyond being able to be repaired with parts replacement (like when the mag body itself is damaged), but getting the right ones, of good quality, is a worthwhile investment ... especially if you expect the pistol to feed & function when truly needed.
