1 point sling help

anyone got ideas of how to attach the 1 point sling on the standard model as it does not have the hole with attachment like the moe model??

i noticed that the MOE has the sling attachment right before the buffer tube...is there a way to attach one of those to a standard 15-22

A member here has drilled out the receiver and epoxied in a QD socket to mimic the MOE model, others have added a clamp on attachment that fits the receiver extension. Companies such as Midwest Industries make those adapters.
