Well , not really , but I just received a set of Ahrends Cocobolo Boot Grips for my Mod.58 I got last week. What a difference. They feel really good in my hand. Still don't think they make a 4in N-frame into a 'boot gun'. But they will make shooting this chunk of steel less painful.

I love it. I just bought the K frame twin to your stock. I want to find a square butt Model 10 for mine that I guess would be the baby brother to your .41 magnum. Color me envious. If I didn't want a 58 before, now I really want one. Thanks for the impetus.

I love the "hook" at the bottom of the grip area. He does make a finger groove boot for the J but you are right, this would be a great upgrade or alternate option. I might even try and find a snub 10 or 64 to put mine on. So many guns... So little money!!!

I originally bought mine for this three inch Model 10-5 but it just didn't seem right:

So I put it on this Model 64 and it just still didn't seem right:

I tried it on my round but 65-5 just to test it but of course putting a square butt stock on a round butt isn't going to work. I think the heavy barrel profile makes it work if it's on a longer barrel, but my brain screams for it to go on a short snub. Besides, this also gives me another reason to save up for another gun at some point!!!
