As I have seen in alot of threads, alot of people have been looking for a IWB holster for the 3913. Well, I found one, and thought I would pass the info on. I have no connection to them, just sharing the info. It is very comfortable, holds the gun well and has a sweat shield.

I went to there site and the model 415 they have says for a " 3913 Lady smith. Are they the same gun as a regular 3913? Looks like what I have been looking for. Thanks SP

Crossbreed Holsters makes 3913 holsters, including their Supertuck, which is one of the best IWB holsters on the market.

Mine gets almost daily use during the summer. I recommend splurging on the horesehide backing, but the "combat cut" can be done at your kitchen table quite easily if you decide that you need it.

Self protection, The one pictured is a 415 (size 28M) and is for a regular 3913. The one for the LS should work also.

They dont list that one on there web page, so I emailed them. I probably wont hear back till monday. What is the difference between the standard 3913 and the LS model?

Check out the fist 1a...its very thin in the pants due to the fact it is two pieces of leather sewn together instead of one rounded piece...the clip is also very strong....I have one for my P7 but they make it for just about any gun...

I see the fist comes with a straight up version as well as the forward cant. What is the reason for the forward cant? I would think that if its worn on the right side and drawn with the right hand that the cant would be unnatural. Sorry for the stupid questions, but this will be my first IWB holster:confused:

That's a good question actually. A forward cant rotates the butt of the gun forward and up. It tends to keep the grip closer to the body and minimizes printing, especially when bending forward. I would never pull off carrying a 5" N frame without a forward cant.

Also guys, FWIW I use a FIST 1A kydex/leather hybrid for my 629. It's a totally different gun, but I love the holster and second Sipowicz's recommendation.

I have the forward cant....if helps bring the butt in a bit to help in concealment when you wear it on your strong side...

Edited: I see flop beat me to it again!

And I will add that it doesn't have a reinforced mouth and that also makes it a bit thinner...some guys like that feature but for CCW, I see no need for one hand reholstering (even thought it can be done with mine) when the odds of even pulling it are so slim...

I carry in the appendix position IWB and have been using a High Noon Holsters Mr. Softy (I really hate that name!) when carrying my Glock 23 or 27. At least for me, it holds the gun at a comfortable position fairly low in the waistband. The belt clip is also a reverse "J" hook that the belt threads through for total security.

It's inexpensive, too.

See other similar holsters on the site for slight variances in carry height and cant.

IMO the biggest reason for a non-cop,like me, to use a holster that offers one hand reholstering, is that it makes practicing one's draw much easier.

Well I emailed both fist and Stoner, but only fist emailed me back , twice, so I guess I'm going with the fist 1a for my first IWB holster.I liked the skin guard on the Stoner 415, but if they cant even email me back then the choice was easy.

I was rummaging around in a used holster box at a small gunshop today and came across a barely used Milt Sparks Summer Special. Couldnt get my money out fast enough! I went home and tried it on, its very comfortable for IWB carry.
