Default Help me cc my 1026

Hello good people. I've been reading the forums awhile just thought I'd post and maybe get a little help. After wanting a 10mm for over a year I found a 1026 hiding in a pawn shop. I would never thought I could get that lucky.

What I need is suggestions on cc'ing this gun during the summer while wearing a t-shirt and shorts, (winter cc with it would be no problem). If you conceal carry a 1006, 4506, 1026 or even a full size 1911 or similar your help is appreciated. Pics of your setup would really make this thread nice. I'm looking to carry on the hip btw. Thanks to all.

Well I have a commander 1911 not full size but not tiny either, I recently purchased a Crossbreed holster because of the price and their commercials on the outdoor channel. I wasn't really looking to replace my Highnoon tailgunner holster as it is comfortable enough but, after trying the crossbreed I won't be going back anytime soon. It is so amazingly comfortable and very fast on the draw, the only area the highnoon beats it in was car comfort because I could shift it a bit to make it more comfortable.

I would also suggest getting one of the "instructor belts" as they will make finding that sweet spot of comfortability and support alot easier.

I had been looking at those two options, even watching some videos on youtube of them. You confirm what has been said about them. Just want to see what everyone else is using to carry these larger heavier, guns during the hot summer. Thanks for your help. Still open to other suggestions also.
