Wyoming and Arkansas have signed a Reciprocity Agreement. Neither States official web site has this agreement listed as of this morning. I have talked directly to those involved and have been told an agreement has been signed. Wyoming seems to be moving fast to expand their agreements since their new reciprocity law was signed late last month.

Handgunlaw.us will be updated in the next 24 to 48 hours to show this change in reciprocity.

Yes - but Utah dropped FL ?

Utah did not drop Florida. Both honor each others permit/licenses. FL will not honor any Non Resident Permits but only Resident permits from the state they honor. Now Nevada did drop UT and FL last year.
