Ok, so I finally got a couple sets of Pachmayr presentation grips to experiment with on my N frames, a small and a large set. I can't figure out which I like better.

The main difference seems to be the length of the grip. I have some extra space on the bottom of the large grips, and on the smaller ones, my pinky finger of my grip hand seems to be toward the bottom of the grip (it doesn't hang off at all, i just don't have that extra room).

Part of me is thinking it won't make too much difference, but do you guys have any thoughts? I will take them and shoot with them this week but if any of you have experimented with these I'd appreciate your feedback.

My hands prefer the small, which I think are slimmer.

i also have the "small" presentation grips on a S&W 64 and they fit my hands just right.

but the only way you will know which grip size is ideal for you is to shoot several hundred rounds with each.
