Years ago I had a Safariland upside-down shoulder holster that I used to carry a 4" Model 28 in.
With the recent purchase of a 442, I was thinking that this mode of carry would be fairly discreet and comfortable for extended car trips.
Looks like no-one makes these type of rigs anymore? I see a Triple K rig, used, on ebay but I'm looking to buy one new.
I remember seeing a new company making them - I believe it was called Nevada Holsters, or something like that. If not, You can still get one from C. Rusty Sherrick. His is probably the best, but it's also a little more expensive. Good luck in your search.
Alessi makes a great upside down shoulder rig. The Guardian. I have one and wear it under a tucked in button up shirt and leave one button open and it is quick to draw from and hides my 442 very well. It is well made and worth every cent I paid for it. Alessi Gun Holsters
