Saw this in todays news. I love the last line about sending the case to the prosecuters office. What's to think about?

read that in the paper today. Standard closing line for these types of situations. They said the same thing in the story about the 70+ year old auto sales owner who shot and killed a thug after the guy broke in through the front door, two .357 Mag rounds to the chest dropped him pretty quick! Even though there wasn't a weapon on the guy, you won't see any more about it, thank god for the Castle doctrine wording here in Missouri!
