Default You Can Still Get PA Non Resident By Mail!

Centre County Sheriff has just informed me he is still taking mail in applications for a PA Non Resident License. He is holding off as long as he can. The New law must be in effect around 5/1/2011. So if you want to get a PA Non Resident there is still time. When the mail in stops you will have to make a trip to PA to Apply. That is their new law. He also stated he would try to give 2 or 3 weeks notice before stopping.

You can download and print an application and mail it in.

Thanks Gary. I had no idea PA was so inexpensive. At $100 less then a Florida non-resident, it fills in several holes from my Ohio permit.

I believe you must first have a ccw from your home state. I live in NJ and tried to get a PA, but could not, even though I have FL, CT, NH, and Maine.

I'm in Wisconsin so I think I could apply for the PA permit because I can't get one here.

Mine is good until sometime in 2012, then it's time for a road trip. Shame they changed the law.

I live in Illinois, we have no CCW.... I HAVE a PN CCw that I got through the mail.......It expires in two months....I will be getting another. As long as you have NO criminal record you can get one.
