Lets see, billfold and comb, Kleenexes, change, Trident breath strips, a Buck 305 pocket knife that the tip broke off (makes a great emergency screw driver), a Spyderco Delica, an S&W M340 PD loaded with Federal 125 Grn .357 Magnum SJHPs and a 6 round Speed Strip of same.
Dang, now that I add it all up, that's a lot of stuff!

In my back pockets I carry my wallet on my right side and my badge case in my left. In my front right pocket is my model 38 air weight in a Nemesis holster. My left front pocket is my "junk drawer" for keys, change or what ever.
I'm normally in some type of "carpenter" or "cargo" pants or shorts, so I keep my Cold Steel Pro-Lite folding knife down in the utility pocket on my right side.
I will slip a speed strip in behind my badge case if I'm not comforted by the five in my j frame or armed with something else.

Lint.
In all seriousness, I usually have my cell phone (Droid2 Global), a pen (Surefire sometimes, but more often just a Pilot G7 retractable), and my Leatherman Skeletool CX. If the Skeletool won't work with the pants I have on, I'll take a smaller folding knife. I don't like a whole lot of bulk in my pockets.
Wallet in the back pocket.

Well, one thing is for sure. There ain't much money in my pockets.
Right front: Set of truck keys, .50 in quarters, a 32 gig flash drive and some lint.
Left front: Set of car keys, handcuff key and ring, money clip with $12 in it.
Left rear pocket: handkerchief
Right rear pocket: wallet with credentials, drivers license, permits, three photos, social security card and insurance card. Still no money there.

Having too much bulk in my pockets drives me nuts.
Left front: eyePhone and nothing else. Ive had it for over a year, zero scratches.
Right front: key ring with a total of three keys on it. Money clip with four total cards and an embarrassing amount of American currency.
Back pockets: Nothing. Uncomfortable to sit if something is in there, and if I punctured my leather car seats, I would never forgive myself.
I live in Fla, a pretty easy-going state as far as weapons are concerned, but I cant find a comfortable way to always carry. To my eventual peril, I guess.

Pants pockets; cell phone, wallet and an old butterfly knife. My jacket, my pipe, tobacco, a small l.e.d. flashlight, my glasses, and two coupons for Doritos and Mountain Dew at Circle K.

Probably too much.
On a typical day...
Cell phone
Leatherman tool (usually a Juice CS4 or a bladeless Fuse if I'm going somewhere that prohibits knives)
Car keys (a Benchmade Houdini keychain is attached)
House keys (a CPR face shield keychain is attached)
Spyderco Delica (unless I'm somewhere that limits knife blades to 2", then it's a Spyderco Chicago, or no knife if prohibited)
Fenix PD20 flashlight
Wallet
Pen
Notepad
Small first aid kit (band aids, alcohol wipes, butterfly sutures, small Cellox pack, a couple of sterile gauze pads, and a couple pairs of nitrile gloves...this all fits in a surprisingly small space)
Quick Strip with 4 rounds of Speer .38 Special +P 135gr SB-GDHP in a Side Guard pocket pouch if I'm carrying my gun
Whatever cash/change I have on hand
Oh, and this is all in my pants pockets (and they're not cargo pants).

Some tootsie rolls. Two fishing hooks made from a spring. A small pair of multii pliers Brand X used to bend up the spring. A Swiss Army knife (that I actually got from a guy in Switzerland. Weird.). A Zippo using rubbing alcohol for fuel. Three strike anywhere matches. A rubber band. ID/Debit/Credit cards. A copy of Martin Caiden's book "Flying Forts" that was left at the hospital. A partial bottle of hand sanitizer. A non smart phone. Keys. A cheap LED light.

Left front: wallet and change. Right front: handkerchief, keys, Swiss Army knife. Plenty of lint in both. If I'm wearing a jacket, the S&W 638 goes on the right pocket. If not, it goes in the right pants pocket, the hanky and keys go in with the wallet and the knife stays home.

I don't like to carry a lot of stuff around.
Right front- car keys.
Right rear - C.R.K.T drifter.
Left front - money clip and cell phone, if I remember the phone.
left rear- wallet.
Shirt pocket- cigarettes and lighter, sometimes.

Sir, usually as little as I can manage. House keys (including John Wayne can opener and small Swiss Army knife), cell phone, cigarettes and lighter. I only add my wallet if I'm leaving the house.
Beyond that, it depends on what I'm doing: poo bags when walking the dogs, flashlight if it's dark, etc.
Hope this helps, and Semper Fi.
Ron H.

I think about that when I go to get on the scales. But not being as expert a shot as a lot of guys, I figure I might have to fire more rounds. Add the weight of a cell phone & diabetic case on my belt too, it all adds up. I have to carry an oversized billfold too, not because of money in it but all the plastic. I feel like I ought to get a discount on hollow points too because they don't weigh as much but my suppliers don't agree.

billfold, either a leathermans or a Swiss army, a 1911 mag, guitar picks, a rubber band or two for my hair, lint and sometimes a receipt to feed the wash machine later in the day.

Not much really
Just a wallet, a business card case, a kill-Tick pistol, 6 inch vise grips, chewing tobacco, snuff, two knives, around $15 in pocket change, candy, 3 writing pens, a sewing kit, a S&W 642, my eye phone (I hate phone cases), a small pill container for storing my vitamins, minerals and assorted hypochondriacs, chapstick, a speed strip for reloading the revolver, eye drops and a small notebook. That's all I have today in my pockets and you didn't ask what's on our belt

Well I can't carry when I'm at home in the PRNJ, so when I leave the house left front pocket is 3/4" pepper spray (to carry more is illegal), in the right front pocket is my Cold Steel Ti-lite, back pocket is a wallet, keys, cell, etc are usually on my belt.

Watch pocket: PrinceTec Pulsar tiny LED light on a light cord lanyard.
Weapon du jour, spare ammo, and cell phone usually belt mounted. More sophisticated tactical illumination devices added, as appropriate ...

Just for laughs, I'll quote you my friend Vics's response:
"well, if there is a $100 bill in my pocket I must be wearing someone else's pants"
