The only company that i know of that makes a paddle holster for a s&w CS9 is Fobus. There not the best holsters but it might be your only option if you really want a paddle holster.

Any holster for a 3913 will do the trick....1/2" longer however is all...mine is a Kramer MSP and it works very well.

If you are not a LEO , you might seriously reconsider paddle holsters.
Really don't conceal well at all. JMHO.

There was a time when I would never consider a holster that wasn't made out of some type of animal......I changed my mind after I started using Serpa Blackhawk holsters. They conceal good enough for me. I use a Galco for my Glock 27 at work. That one doesn't conceal well at all. The Serpas have a removable paddle and regular belt attachment too so you can change off. I also like the push-button retention system. I have an open-top El Paso Askins type holster for my Model 66 2" that I'm thinking of selling. Wish they made a Serpa for a K Frame. The Serpas are also great if you want a holster with a positive retention system for a hammerless or bobbed revolver.
