has anyone tried the JR Roscoe Shoulder Holsters that are handmade in Fort Worth Texas? pretty pricey but don't mind the price if its a good quality holster

I have not, but I checked out their website: J.R. Roscoe Handmade Leather Shoulder Holsters

Some of the guns pictured look to sit deeply into the holster which would make establishing a good initial firing grip difficult for CC purposes. For a hunting holster, that would not be as great a concern.
