Default looking for holster recommendations

I am looking for a present for a friend of mine. She uses a wheelchair for mobility and seldom wears clothes that need a belt so belt anchors are unneeded. I am looking for a shoulder holster that will handle a S&W AirLite 7 shot .357 with 2 1/2 in barrel, and high-viz sights, model 386PD. I am guessing a horizonal or upside down rig would work best. The pickings are slim. Anybody seen any good ones out there? I realize this might be a custom item and might get pricey. Thanks.

I would think a shoulder holster would work, or perhaps something mounted to her chair.

If she is well endowed, perhaps a 'Flash Bang Bra' would work. Depending on how big of a gun she is concealing and how much coverage she has to conceal it, some gals find these things actually work. I guess the support system is there already, but I just can't fathom having a gun poking me in the chest all day long.... Maybe it's really not as bad as I think.

Here's one review, there are many!

Will throw out another recommendation for Sam Andrew's (Andrews Leather) Monarch Rig--this shoulder holster does not use belt tie downs.

Lost Lake where is that holster pic? Oh nevermind I think I see it....nope lost it.
