Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this holster. I emailed Anthony at Tactipac and he told me that he can make a mold for my 6906 (which I am so excited to pick up in 3 days no thanks to everyon here who wanted to keep theirs apparently! ) but I wanted to know if anyone has used it. It seems great because you don't need a belt to carry and can even carry in basketball shorts, which are what I normally wear around the house. Thanks to anyone and everyone in advance!

Yeah, but the 2 week return policy does seem pretty promising. I also do like the idea of giving my business to someone newer to the game. Hmm.

I have no experience with one. But it looks very uncomfortable.

I have one for my M&P40c. It is very comfortable, but due to my body shape I have a problem with my jeans sliding down the slick kydex shell so I'm always hiking up my jeans on that side. My middle finger also scrapes on the top of the kydex when I'm getting a proper grip.

I contacted Anthony about both issues and he said he personally has never had any issues with his pants sliding down the kydex but suggested I might try roughing up the kydex with sandpaper which I did but it didn't help. As for the kydex scrapping my finger he said "We will definitely look into the trigger guard area relief cut and evaluate whether it can be done without any compromise to the retention of the gun or the stability of the holster itself."

Like I said I think the issue of my jeans sliding down the kydex is because of my body shape..no butt or hips. If my pants didn't slide down it would replace my MTAC.

Give it a try, it might work great for you, if not, utilize his return policy.

I recently got a Tactipac for my 9mm Shield, I agree it is uncomfortable and it tends to move around unless you tighten the elastic VERY tightly. My Shield's front sight also catches on the Kydex holster stopping a quick draw. Tactipac is very expensive and they allow only a return within 14 days of the sale.

Whatever the carry comfort is or is not, there is way too much material at the base of the trigger guard to get a normal grip for my tastes. The maker said he will look at it but I can see it from here.

Mr. 310 I bought the fusion holster from Anthony last month, for $80.00 & free Shp. For my XD40 gun. It's the best $$$$ that I ever spent on a IWB holster. Anthony was great to deal with. I saw his video on the fusion on YouTube & sent away for it & received it in 2 weeks.It is every thing as advertised. comfortable,etc. I am now ordering one for my S&W 1911. I am very satisfied with the fusion holster. At times it does not feel like I am wearing it. Buy some rubber grip tape from Home Depot or Lowe's & stick some of it on the Kydex part of the holster. this will keep it from slipping down into your pants etc. Works Great this way.

Instead of roughing up the Kydex do this Go to Home Depot, Lowes, Wally World, etc. & buy some strips of the rubberised grip tape & stick a few strips right over the Kydex.I found that this works even better to stop the holster from sliding down etc.

I finally ordered the FusionPac with the built in mag holder and have been wearing it for just over a week, it I very comfortable and so easy to tuck in your shirt unlike the "tuckable" hybrids that ride on a belt. I have tried a cheap Uncle Mikes and sold it, a N82 Tactical and ended up sending it back, a Remora which was uncomfortable and sold it, a White Hat MaxTuck which will be used some of the time, and now the FusionPac which will be worn the majority of the time.

Hi everyone this is Anthony from TactiPac.

I need to inform everyone here that donlycott tried the use the holster for cross draw, which it was not designed for and did not request a cant angle change upon purchasing it. We modified and doubled the sight channel size for free and it still was not used properly for cross draw from the holster because of an unspecified cant angle. The FusionPac is not designed for cross draw, but we have many people use it effectively with no issues when the correct cant angle (negative) is specified for their draw habit.

By the way, we sell MANY FusionPac IWB Holsters for the Shield and we have had 0 (zero) issues other than the one mentioned here. I'm happy to answer any questions you guys might have.

I have been wearing my M&P 9c in the FusionPac for 3 weeks now and it is the most comfortable holster I own, it's also nice that I don't need 3 hands to tuck in a shirt like I do with my crossbreed type holster. Keep up the good work!

I have now been carrying my 9c in this holster daily for over a year and it is holding up very well and is very comfortable, I have gotten rid of all my other holsters. I will be ordering another after the first of the year when I purchase a 1911 Commander.

This concept sounds almost to good to be true. Like OP I would like some advice regarding this company's IWB holster. Please advise and thanks for your input!
