This is an interesting article about the stopping power of some common calibers. Don't know if it had been on here yet

His conclusion of "it really doesn't matter..." kind of takes the fun out of the stopping power arguments doesn't it? He may have a point though. His point of "there is no magic bullet" is probably true. Key is having a gun when you need it, and keeping your cool enough to be able to use it effectively.
