I have had one for years and they are heavy for their size and can be picky about ammo. I still like the thing.

i kinda like the weight, i normally carry a S&W body gaurd but i find myself checking my pocket all the time to make sure its still there. which is a good thing when it comes to comfort but i also would like to know its there when needed and they are so damn cool.

Nothing wrong w/them if you can get one that runs right. I agree w/others who said it was a bit heavy for its size.

Until I recently changed over to a S&W 442, I carried a Interarms PPK/S for over 10 years as a back up gun. Mine was very accurate and very reliable and easy to carry concealed.

The double action trigger tends to be a bit stout and they are not much fun to shoot a lot of rounds through without a shooting glove. Most any blowback operated gun in .380 ACP tends to have a snappy recoil, and whenever I shot my PPK/S more than a few rounds it was painful without a glove.

I don't have a problem recommend one for concealed carry.

Nothing against the gun itself, I just feel the round it shoots is a bit under-powered for self defense. A 2" M60 weighs the same and with proper ammo you will be better armed. I own plenty of Auto-loaders but prefer Revolvers for SD.

I carried a blued Interarms PPK/s in .380 for many years until I got my IA stainless PPK also in .380. I sometimes carry my German PPK in .32 when feeling a bit "Bond" like.
I have small hands so they fit me well. The trigger pull and recoil can be overcome with practice.
I have both loaded with a hi-performance round in the chamber and FMJ in the magazine. This combo gives you a great first shot and reliable follow-up shots with maximum penetration from the rounds.

It's good enough for James Bond...
I don't own one but prefer my CC firearms to be
a little heavier. I tried the 340PD and then 642. I found I prefer the heavier weight 640 as opposed to the lighter firearms. I am more accurate with them. The same goes for carry semi autos. I prefer all steel or alloy or polymer because they have more heft to them.
The Interarms PPK is a pistol I would buy if the chance arose and the price was right. However, I personally I wouldn't carry a 380 but my wife does.
My carry guns at present are the 640 pro in .357 mag, SW4513TSW no rail in .45ACP, Sig P239 GenII SAS in 357 sig, and the 3913NL in 9mm.

I had to round off the bottom edges of the slide on mine, as it tended to carve grooves along the top web of my hand.

after the double action shot it's okay. Can be ammo picky so try lot's of it. Weight does not bother me, or size. I gave mine to someone who needed it a little worse than I did but kept the sig 232 if that says anything
