Nice job!
It seems like the intended victim had some training?

As soon as I saw the car pull over, I knew that would be the aggressors. Notice how the intended victim, when first stepping out the door of the building, seemed to look around vigilantly? Wonder what kind of business that is, and somehow the aggressors knew that he would have cash? I personally don't think carjacking was on the agenda. (would you carjack a vehicle that needed to be backed out into an intersection)?

In viewing this video my guess is this is more about shot placement than caliber. As has been posted the victim seemed ready, and prepared for trouble.

A good example of being aware of the surroundings and prepared for trouble. The bad guy dropped pretty quickly and his buddy was not to be seen.

Looks like the driver fired an additional shot when the bad guy was on his way down.(That wouldn't cut it in Ohio) But the job is to live to tell about it another day! The video time stamp is from 6:30 in the morning, up in these parts, the people that do car jacking for the cars don't get up that early. I agree that something else was going on! Ivan

Good job.
However, shooter exited his vehicle wrong.
Should have backed to the front/hood of the car. Then approached
the downed bad guy from the passenger side of the vehicle using it
for cover.
Still did not know if he was going to have to engage the second
suspect.

Course the advice easy to give sitting behind the computer.

Central nervous system was hit.... good shooting and bad luck for the idiot face down on the pavement.

As for something shady? They probably knew the guy was a store owner or manager and assumed he had money on him. Possibly keys to get in ?

I doubt the guy was a drug dealer or something.

I thought he did pretty good for just having a gun in his face!

Retreating, on his way down, and in the back, wouldn't cut in in Massachusetts either.
