Welcome Back
I went to Delaware over the summer so I carried in three states - not much of a road trip compared to you!
It was very comforting knowing I have my trusty 37 no dash and some .38 on speed strips within arms reach.
I left it back in the vacation home when I crossed into Maryland to visit Ocean City but love having a NYS, Utah and Arizona permit - I can carry in most states. Now I just need my Pennsylvania license since they don't take non resident anymore.
The .22 ammo shortage any better in those other states you visited?

Welcome back.
Yeah, things were pretty quiet apart from Ditrina being busted for posting food porn.
The "Help Stamp Out Justin Bieber" rally was a great success until all those teenaged girls started lobbing in mortar rounds. Who knew a bunch of geezers could scatter that fast?
Snubbyfan posted a record 3,792 music videos while you were away.

You know, I travel a good bit out of state on my Harley and I always carry and I never seem to be accousted by the police. Yeah, I have a badge, but they don't know that when I'm outside my sphere of influence. These folks that always seem to be hassled by the po-lice when they travel need to either ease off the throttle/excellerator or quit throwing out their beer cans within eyeshot of a patrol car.

I didn't get to do much LGS shopping this trip so don't know the ammo situation around the country....one nice thing is that my wife is getting used to me carrying and I think she kinda likes it now

I also take a long Harley road trip just about every Summer on vacation. (No trip this year) Having the peace of mind knowing you can protect yourself in a strange land sure makes the trip that much more enjoyable.
