I think that may have something to do with the selection of handguns Smith and Wesson produces, as well as the number of new C.C.'s who are opting for J frame sized revolvers.

Some of the other category winners makes me think it was a bit of a "popularity contest". Although, no one has such a complete line of quality handguns as S&W. Thanks for posting.

I have to agree. I mean, Top Scope: Bushnell. (surprise!) Or Top Binoculars: Bushnell (again). Oh, and Top Boot Brand: Cabelas. Really? Cabelas? C'mon.

More likelly, the number of new C.C.'s who are buying Shields...along with the old C.C.'s (like me) who are.
